Working in the Legal Services Department, I speak to new clients and take instructions on possible claims to see if we are able to assist.
If we are able to help, I will then set the file up and send all the relevant document to the client to get the claim underway.
For the initial part of the claim, I will be the main point of contact for the client, offering any help or assistance required.
I have been with Hayes Connor since Aug 2019 and my favourite part of the job is speaking to different clients on a daily basis, which means no day in the office is ever the same.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy jogging and have taken part in a number of marathons. I like to set myself challenges and goals, pushing myself to go the extra mile. I also enjoy walking and socialising with my friends.
