Emma Fogg

My role at Hayes Connor is a Legal Assistant working in the Legal Services Team. As the first point of contact for Hayes Connor, it is my job to speak to potential new clients, talk through the details of their situation and see whether we can assist them.

I am always on hand to answers any questions and ensure we have all the necessary information and documents to proceed with their claim.

Once we have reviewed the claim and established that we can assist, I send out our initial documents for signature and return. When the signed documents have been returned to us the files are then passed to our legal experts to progress the case.

Career

Prior to Hayes Connor, I spent 12 years working in an administrative role for a large retail company. I gained valuable skills and experience working in a customer-focused environment.

I then moved on to become a conveyancing administrative assistant at a law firm where I gained experience working in a legal environment.

I joined Hayes Connor in November 2020 and thoroughly enjoy my role at the firm.

Personal Interests

When not in work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young daughters.

We love our day trips, city breaks and summer holidays.

I also enjoy eating out and the occasional cocktail or two when childfree.
