How to know if you are owed mis sold Land Rover PCP compensation

Following a lengthy investigation by the Financial Conduct Authority, substantial mis selling was uncovered in respect of PCPs. This includes dealers misleading individuals regarding issues such as interest rates, the value of the vehicle at the end of the agreement, commission payments received and penalties for terminating the contract.

In addition, poor advice was provided in some instances. This meant customers did not have the chance to properly consider the implications of the deal they were entering into.

If you enter into a car finance deal, you should have the terms of the deal adequately explained to you, including the amount of commission that will be paid when you sign up. It is unlawful to fail to provide this information. Where this has happened, customers are generally eligible to bring a Land Rover PCP claims to compensate them.
