I support clients through every stage of making a data breach claim, helping them to secure the compensation they deserve.
Since joining Hayes Connor in May 2019, I have been heavily involved in large data breach group actions cases which has given me a great insight into this new and developing area of law. This experience means that I have the technical skills to deal with complex cases including cyber security breaches.
Previously in my career, I have gained experience in a number of legal disciplines, including Conveyancing and Personal Injury at both small and high value levels. I am an experienced Litigation Executive having had my own caseload since I was 18 years old. I have spent a number of years developing my knowledge and skills in litigation.
I am currently an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) having completed my level 3 diploma in law and Practice. I also hold level 6 qualifications in Law of Tort and Civil Litigation meaning I have an in-depth knowledge of these areas that I can apply to my cases.
The most enjoyable part of my job is advancing legal arguments and using case law and statute to strengthen my clients’ positions. This is a proven tactic which can lead to settlement without the need for Court proceedings.
When I’m not in work, I really enjoy watching live sport. In particular, I enjoy boxing and football. As a lifelong Liverpool FC fan, there is nothing better than watching the team win a match. I love to travel as much as I can and spending time with family and friends.
