I am the Finance Director at Hayes Connor, but also play an active role in business development and the operational side of the business.
This ensures that I am fully aware of the issues faced by clients and can help the team find effective solutions.
Dan Thompson, Bill Betts and I founded Hayes Connor in June 2018. Prior to this, I studied law at the University of Liverpool and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC before joining a start-up corporate finance boutique. I spent 9 years in corporate finance – working up through the ranks to become a Partner. Over the years I have advised a number of law firms on growth strategy, M&A and fundraising.
In 2011 I joined Bill and Dan as part of the Management Team at the consumer law business Forster Dean, which we run alongside Hayes Connor.
I enjoy the ongoing challenge of building a business that we established in June 2018 into the leading data breach firm in the UK. A large part of this is seeing how our people have progressed grown into their roles and how we all continue to develop as individuals and as a team.
When not in work, I enjoy playing sport – mainly running and cycling these days – as well as cooking and spending time with my young family.
