  • Posted on

Data Breach firm Pure Legal Limited entered administration on Tuesday 2 November 2021 following the appointment of Robert Armstrong, Michael Lennon and James Saunders of Kroll Advisory Ltd as joint administrators and the company has ceased to trade.

Hayes Connor is working with Kroll Advisory and Recovery First to assist former clients of Pure Legal Limited with their data breach claims.

We will be contacting a large number of former Pure Legal clients in the coming days to confirm that their files have been transferred to Hayes Connor in the first instance.

What should I do if I receive the e-mail from Hayes Connor?

Our e-mail will explain how Hayes Connor, one of the UK’s leading data breach law firms, can help former Pure Legal clients by continuing to progress their data breach claims on the same basis as Pure Legal.

If you would like us to take over your claim, there is a simple online form to complete and we will do the rest.

Please be assured that we will never ask any client to sign up to any form of loan agreement.

As your case progresses, you may need to take out an After The Event (ATE) insurance policy but will we discuss this with you in due course.

What if I was a client of Pure Legal but do not receive an e-mail from Hayes Connor?

Even if you do not receive our e-mail we may still be able to help you.

As Pure Legal is now in administration, you have the right to transfer your claim to any law firm that you choose.   Contact one of our team today to see how we could help.

When you do make contact with us it will be useful if you could provide as much information about your claim as possible, together with copies of the paperwork that was provided to you at the start of your claim.
